    Craft-obsessed & operationally rigorous, Leila is a senior production leader with 20+ years' experience delivering award-winning film & content for leading agencies & brands. She has held senior roles at adam&eveDDB, iris Worldwide, Accenture Song & Cut+Run, combining deep expertise in content ecosystems & production innovation with strong commercial judgement & hands-on problem solving. She advises clients on integrating technology, AI & automation into production workflows, unlocking efficiency while protecting craft.

    Leila has built studios from scratch, led global teams across multiple territories, & delivered complex 360° campaigns with a consistent focus on creative excellence & commercial impact. At adam&eveDDB she helped shape the John Lewis Christmas ad legacy, producing work described as "the ad that made a nation cry." Most recently, as Chief Production Officer at Accenture Song, she led large-scale production operations & advised global brands on modernising their content supply chains.

    From global shoots for Apple to high-volume content ecosystems producing tens of thousands of assets annually, she is known for getting it made, on time, on budget, & to the highest creative standard.

    Unrivalled on-set experience & an instinct for problem solving, Adam is an Executive Producer & production consultant with 20+ years delivering high-end advertising, film & content for some of the world's most recognised brands & agencies.

    He has held managerial & senior production roles at Park Village, ENGINE UK & Trailer Park Group. He has worked with global agencies including WCRS, AMV BDDO, Saatchi & Saatchi, BBH, AKQA & Ogilvy, producing campaigns for brands such as Sky, Adidas, Nike, Under Armour, Man Utd, Sony Music, Coca-Cola, Honda, RAF & Google.

    His background across advertising & long-form film gives him a unique combination of production experience, not least the ability to build brand & client relations, manage teams of producers & multiple productions, run post workflows & control the P&L.

    With experience delivering complex integrated broadcast campaigns, across TV, online, DOOH, Narrative & VFX productions, Adam knows how to interrogate production structure, manage stakeholders & analyse budgets from every angle, getting the best out of suppliers & clients alike.
