    Booking.com operates across hundreds of markets, thousands of properties, and multiple product lines, from hotels & homes to brand programmes. We worked with the marketing team to streamline a complex, international content brief, the scale was enormous & budgets were tight.

    Leila designed the production & post operating model to deliver mid-funnel & always-on content across territories and product types, covering property content, destination storytelling, and brand-led documentary work for programmes like Travel Proud (the initiative to make travel genuinely inclusive for LGBTQ+ travellers).

    We engaged remote producers based on geography, selecting a bespoke shoot team by proximity to each hotel or home location, rather than flying teams across territories. Remote post teams worked from low-cost timezones, to absorb volume and schedule efficiencies, without compromising quality or deadlines. We carefully chose the right technology to solve specific post problems at scale, with automation handling formatting & language versioning across platforms & a shared cloud solution giving every territory the ability to edit projects in real time. The result created a ‘follow the sun’ 24 hour model, saving time and providing cost efficiencies. Project management technology kept briefs, milestones, approvals, & deliverables on track across multiple markets simultaneously.

    Each shoot delivered up to 300 stills & 200 videos, versioned for every required platform & language.
