E-comm content at scale is an operational discipline as much as a creative one. As Chief Production Officer at CreativeDrive, Leila designed, built & led a dedicated studio operation for Boden from the ground up, delivering 40,000 assets annually across womenswear, menswear, kidswear, accessories, print, social, video, and ebooks.
The operation ran seven sets a day simultaneously across 25,000 square feet, supported by a 50-strong team and four post-production suites handling colour, retouching & editing in parallel. Every SKU was tracked and managed through proprietary software, ensuring nothing fell through the cracks at volume.
The challenge was not just scale but standard. Maintaining Boden's distinct creative warmth and quality across tens of thousands of assets, on tight turnaround cycles, required the kind of production infrastructure and leadership that most studios never have to build.
